Areas of focus

I work with high-capacity women seeking online therapy for emotional wellness who look like they’re managing just fine – but inside, feel stuck in self-doubt, anxiety, or perfectionism. They’re the ones people rely on. The ones who “have it together.” But under the surface, they’re exhausted from trying to hold everything (and everyone) together.

They overanalyze, people-please, and swing between strict control and emotional shutdown. They feel disconnected from themselves, and from the life they thought they’d be enjoying by now. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re not broken.

I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused online therapy for women, helping you move out of survival mode and into something more grounded, calm, and sustainable. My approach is rooted in nervous system science and tailored for highly sensitive people, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, OCPD, self-criticism, and insecure attachment — especially when these experiences have been running in the background for years.

Through virtual therapy across Ontario, Windsor, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, I support women in building emotional resilience, self-trust, and lasting personal growth.

Together, we:

  • Uncover the patterns keeping them stuck
  • Rebuild self-trust and emotional clarity
  • Heal attachment wounds that still show up in relationships
  • Create new ways of relating to themselves, their bodies, and their boundaries

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, psychodynamic and attachment theory, mindfulness practices, and nervous system-informed approaches. Compassion is woven throughout my work – not as a technique, but as a stance. A way of holding space for the parts of you that have been trying to cope the only way they know how.
